DOPC believes in the importance of digital accessibility. We are committed to making this website (http://dopc.moodesignsllc.com) accessible for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Accessibility goal

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. It defines "success criteria" for three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

WCAG version 2.1 success criteria guide our website accessibility efforts. Our goal is to meet Level AA conformance or better.

Assessment and evaluation

In November 2022, during development of this website, an Accessibility and Usability Review was conducted by the Institute for Human Centered Design. The website was updated based on the findings of that review. All new content and code is reviewed by DOPC for conformance with WCAG 2.1AA.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there are some known limitations.

Known limitations:

  • Embedded video content does not have audio description and captions.
  • This website may contain historical downloadable files in Portable Document Format (PDF) format that are not in conformance with WCAG guidelines.
